Chocolate Pumpkin Chia Pudding

I could eat this like every single day… tastes like dessert. The perfect fall meal prep 💌

Chocolate Pumpkin Chia Pudding:

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup yogurt (I used @tastecocoyo)

1 serving protein powder @sproutliving

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cacao powder

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 teaspoon maca powder (for hormone support)

Dash of cinnamon & nutmeg

Toppings are essential- 1/4 banana, a few blueberries, bee pollen, dollop of yogurt & drizzle of sunflower butter 🫶🏼

If you are looking for more than 30g of protein add a chicken sausage, turkey sausage or an egg on the side for extra protein 🙌🏼
