I’m Bailey Braccini, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
I created Elevate to change the narrative around wellness. Health doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
Our philosophy is simple: by focusing on the basic pillars of wellness, you can transform your life in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. You are the solution that you are searching for. The power is within you.
I work 1-on-1 with clients to help them achieve their wellness goals, shift their mindset, and tackle any health concerns. Every approach is personalized because I believe in bio-individuality—what works for one person may not work for another. Along with 1:1 VIP coaching, I also offer health consultations and in-home services.
These pillars of health have changed my own life, and I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned—both from personal experience and through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

The most fundamental and overlooked pillar of health. This is how our bodies repair themselves. Sufficient sleep quantity and quality is essential for us to optimally function in our day to day lives. When we sleep all of our organs recharge which give us an abundance of benefits. Some of these benefits include the ability to memorize, learn, and make decisions. Another benefit of sleep is that it balances our insulin and glucose levels. This leads to regulating our appetite and allowing us to make thoughtful decisions around food.
Our overall moods and emotions can have a direct correlation to how we slept the night before. We all have our own natural circadian rhythm that helps us know when to go to sleep and when we should wake up in the morning. Everyone has a different optimal sleep schedule. Sleep is the best medicine that a doctor would prescribe. It allows us to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system, the rest and digest processes, which keeps us feeling our best. I teach my clients how to create an optimal sleep schedule that helps to enhance their wellbeing.

Food is Fuel. Food is Information. I teach my clients how to eat real, whole, unprocessed food to allow them to feel their best. Eating real food does not have to be boring!
