The Holy Grail Of Tea
This tea is my life saver. It is so simple and it tastes amazing! All you need is fresh ginger, lemon, orange, sea salt and cinnamon. I drink this whenever I am under the weather, if I have stomach ache or I just want to sip on something warm!
What you’ll need:
20 ounces of water in a sauce pan
2 tbsp. Sliced fresh ginger
2 slices of a Meyer lemon
2 slices of a Cara Cara orange (peel on)
1/2 tsp. Celtic salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon or 2 cinnamon sticks
How to make it:
Add Ginger to your pot of water and heat on medium for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of your ingredients to the pan and heat for 5 more minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
