Simple Grass-Fed Meatballs

These are a weekly staple in my house. So easy to make and you can add them to any dish! Full of protein, amino acids and healthy fats. I sneak in some extra greens with the cilantro and arugula.

Superfood Meatballs: 

Ingredients:

1 lb (93/7 ) Grass Fed Ground Beef

1/3 white onion diced

1 clove garlic minced

1 tsp. Sea salt

1 tsp. Cinnamon

2 tbsp. Cilantro

1 tsp. Cumin

2 tbsp. Arugula chopped

1 Pasture raised egg

1 tbsp. Grass fed butter

How to Make: 

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into balls*

  2. Cook on medium heat with 1 tbsp. Butter for 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  3. Serve these with sautéed vegetables and organic white jasmine rice or sweet potatoes.

  4. Hot Tip: Save your leftovers for 2-3 more meals!
