The Best Protein Banana Bread
Save this for the next time you have ripe bananas! 💕
What you’ll need:
2 large ripe bananas mashed
1 pasture raised egg
1 cup unflavored protein powder (@purisfoods)
1/3 cup raw honey (more sweet add 2 more tbsp.)
2 tbsp. melted grass fed butter @kerrygoldusa
1/3 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk (add more if dry)
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup water (if batter is dry)
Optional: @hukitchen dark chocolate bar chopped up
1/4 cup organic flaxseed
2 tbsp. Cacao nibs
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 350!
2. Stir everything together in a bowl :)
3. Grease an 8x8 pan & pour in your batter!
4. Bake for 18-22 minutes (I like mine to be soft)
5. Let cool and add some toppings! I did coconut yogurt, drizzle of sunflower butter, fresh fruit & sea salt.
