My Go-To Breakfast

Break-fast. That is exactly what this meal is. After an amazing nights rest your body is in a fasted state. You are breaking your fast with this meal. Your hormones, muscles and stomach need nutrients to function optimally (especially if you are a female). I like to have a closed and open kitchen window, a good example of this would be 8am to 8pm.

When I rise in the morning I will hydrate, get sun in my eyes and go for a walk or do some kind of light movement. Depending on the day I will be off to go work or I will be working from home. This breakfast is easy to prepare ahead of time or make the morning of.
