Meal Prep Egg Bake

I love to make this on a Sunday and enjoying in the mornings for breakfast when I know I will be short on time!

Egg Bake Ingredients:

1 Dozen Eggs

1 Zucchini Chopped

¼ Cup of Chopped Red Onion

1 cup Chopped Spinach

¼ Green Onion Chopped

½ tbsp. Minced Garlic

1 tsp. Rosemary

1 tsp. Celtic Sea salt

1/2 cup Cooked grass fed beef *optional

1 tbsp. Coconut oil or Grass Fed Butter (to grease your pan)

*How to Make* 

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees, Combine all vegetables + spices into a bowl and set aside, Crack 6 full eggs into the bowl of vegetables then crack the other 6 eggs and discard of the egg yolks, Stir everything together in your bowl & grease your pan, pour your egg mixture into your 9 x 13 baking pan, cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
