GF Gingerbread Loaf
Gluten free and refined sugar free gingerbread loaf with some hidden protein! I made this bread and let me tell you... such a yummy treat.
Recipe Details:
1 & 1/2 cup GF Organic Oat Bran
2 Ripe Bananas Mashed
2 Pasture Raised Eggs
2 Tbsp. Blackstrap Molasses
1/4 cup Raw Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar *optional
1/2 cup Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp. Melted Kerry Gold Butter
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup Water or Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Sprinkle of Cinnamon, All spice, Nutmeg and Sea Salt
How to Make:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan or lay down @ifyoucare parchment paper.
Mix all of your ingredients together!
Pour your batter into your loaf pan. Sprinkle more chocolate and sea salt on top if you’re into that (I am).
Place into the oven for 25-30 minutes!
Let cool for 10 minutes! Slice and enjoy. Pair this with a protein source or enjoy as a dessert after a meal to balance your blood sugar.
