10 minute Meal

How I built this plate in less than 10 minutes!

#1. Cut up 1 celery stalk, 1/4 zucchini and 1 carrot. Added this into a small pan with 1/3 cup water and medium heat.

#2. Then added a pound of thawed ground beef into a bowl with Celtic salt and mediterranean seasoning. Rolled into patties and placed in my pan with 1 teaspoon of butter. Let it cook on each side for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

#3. Had a sweet potato already made in the fridge, so I just tossed that into the bowl with a few strawberries to get in enough carbohydrates.

#4. Added everything into my bowl. Topped with coconut aminos and sauerkraut.
