Making cofee at home

I have been loving “making” my coffee at home. I use chameleon cold brew most mornings (sometimes I will do pour-over), that is why I say “make”! It is an organic cold brew that comes in a glass jar (no BPA’s please and thank you) from a small company in Austin, TX.

I am a coffee lover but I only allow myself to enjoy 1 cup a day and I ensure that I have eaten something before I even think about taking my first sip. The main reason that I do this is to protect my hormones and digestion. I used to wake up and chug a Celsius (if you are doing this please contact me and we will come up with a solution).

In my at home coffee I will warm up my cold brew on the stove with some coconut water. Once it is to the temperature that I want it to be at I pour it into my mug. I add cinnamon, vanilla extract, 1 scoop of ARMRA colostrum, dash of raw honey and if I am feeling it a splash of unsweetened canned coconut milk.

I also take my AKASHA Sea Moss Gel with my coffee - to keep my blood sugar steady!
