A new healthy cafe opened in Northeast Minneapolis and to say I am obsessed would be an understatement! Katie (nine to fit) got the Blueprint and I got the C.R.E.A.M. I give the Blueprint a 9 out of 10 and the C.R.E.A.M. an 8 out of 10.

This cafe also features high quality organic food and an organic coffee bar. Their ingredients are grass fed and pasture raised. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the Minnesota area.
