Roasted Vegetables
Bring this to thanksgiving! A hot tip: bring something you know you will enjoy eating and that won’t make you feel blahhhh ☺️
Thyme & Cranberry Roasted Veggies:
5-7 large carrots - chopped
3/4 lb brussel sprouts - halved
1/2 cup chopped radish
2 small watermelon radishes chopped
1/4 cup red onion chopped *optional
(Use any vegetables or squash that you want)
Seasoning/flavor blend:
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1/3 cup cranberries
Salt to your liking
1 tbsp. Rosemary
3 tbsp. butter into small cubes
1/4 cup bone broth
1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
2. Chop all vegetables (use any you want)
3. Lay @ifyoucare_usa parchment paper on a sheet pan
4. Add all veggies on the pan & pour bone broth onto the veggies.
5. Sprinkle your spices & herbs over the veggies
6. Place the butter cubes around the pan
7. Add cranberries on to the pan
8. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown
Easy Dressing:
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp. Coconut aminos
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- add everything into a bowl or jar. Mix until smooth & keep on the side or drizzle over veggies!
Optional: lay on a bed of arugula for a salad :))
