Gluten Free Peanut Butter Blossoms

Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies (Gluten Free)

These get an 11/10 from me ✨

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup browned butter

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

2/3 cup organic peanut butter

Dash vanilla

1 large egg

Dry Ingredients:

2 cups Brown rice flour

1/4 tsp. Baking soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

Extras:

Hu chocolate chips

1/2 cup of Coconut sugar for rolling the dough balls

How to Make:

1. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl

2. Add in your dry ingredients

3. Stir everything together until well combined

4. Preheat oven to 350!

5. Roll your dough into a small ball and then roll in the coconut sugar before placing on your baking sheet

6. Bake for 8 minutes and then press a small circle in the center to make room for your chocolate chips

7. Pop back into the oven for 1 minute

8. Let the cookies chill (if you live in Minnesota put them out on the deck)
