Do This Instead of 75 Hard
Extremes are not the answer. Instead build a routine, a lifestyle that you can maintain forever. (Routine for you below)
Does that sound intimidating? Kind of. But I would much rather take time to find a sustainable routine that fits into my life instead of doing a routine that consumes my life. Building a lifestyle that works for you is going to get you more results than working toward an end date!!!!
Here is what to do instead: Build a lifestyle, the basics way:
1. Drink, 25 ounces of water every morning with added minerals (Celtic salt or mineral drops)
2. Move, 15-45 minutes of movement each day (a walk, resistance training, pickleball, Pilates, body weight workout) anything is better than nothing. Focus on intentional movement even if that is just steps. Build up to ideally 2-4 resistance sessions/week.
3. Eat, 3 meals a day. Prioritize real whole food sources & fueling your body!
4. Sleep, for 7-9 hours, that means turning off the phone by 8-10pm. Set a bed time (lol yes just do it).
5. Mindfulness, journal before bed each night. Did you know your thoughts create your life..?
Tune in, what’s going on in your mind? Don’t fall for the escapism that is our society. Choose the hard way & your life will be easy.
**Repeat this routine & once it feels easy… then add more intensity to a certain pillar. BUT let this be your foundation. Without a strong foundation (that is maintainable) it will be difficult to sustain.
