Homemade Chicken Sausage Patties

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground chicken (or turkey)

• 1 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1/2 tsp dried thyme or sage (for classic sausage flavor)

• 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)

Instructions:

1. Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine the ground chicken (or turkey) with all the seasonings. Mix well until evenly distributed.

2. Form patties: Divide the mixture into 8 small patties (~2 oz each). Flatten them slightly.

3. Heat a pan: Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.

4. Cook the patties: Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through!

5. Serve and enjoy!
