Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

8-10 Medium sized organic carrots

2 tablespoons of raw honey

3 tablespoons of melted grass fed butter

1/4 cup of grass fed bone broth

3 tablespoons of raw pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds

1 teaspoon of maldon salt

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme

How to Make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Wash & slice the carrots into halves. Place the carrots into a 9x13 pan and pour the bone broth over them.

  3. Start cooking the carrots. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl mix the butter, honey, spices, pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds.

  5. When the timer goes off, drizzle the mixture over the carrots & then place them back into the oven for 25-30 minutes.

  6. If they begin to brown more than you want them to, cover them with a sheet of tin foil (I use the brand @ifyoucare).

  7. Let cool & enjoy!
