Anti Inflammatory Soup

Okay so you are feeling a little bit inflamed…? Just make this soup.

What you Need:

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 white onion diced

4 celery stalks chopped

2 watermelon radishes chopped

4 rainbow carrots diced

2 leeks chopped

1 tablespoon fresh ginger sliced

1 cup purple cabbage sliced

1/4 cup parsley or cilantro chopped

1/2 teaspoon Celtic salt

1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean seasoned salt (Brand: Wayzata Bay)

4 cups Grass fed bone broth (kettle and fire is great)

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 lb. Grass fed ground beef (fully cooked)

How to Make:

1. Add coconut oil and onion to a pot. Let cook for 5 minutes on low.

2. Then add in the rest of your vegetables, let cook on low for 5 minutes.

3. Add 1 cup of bone broth into the pot, let cook on low for 5 minutes.

4. Add in the remaining bone broth salt and turmeric. Cover and let cook on medium low for 20 minutes.

5. Finally add in your ground beef & stir well!

6. Serve immediately, top with more parsley, sauerkraut, avocado! I made some organic white rice to pair with mine. Enjoy!!
