Hey, I’m Bailey!
I’m a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Pilates Instructor & NASM PT.
I started Elevate because I was tired of watching my body crumble. I was tired of being in my early twenties chasing, hacking, and trying to be “perfect” with my body and health.
Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be all or nothing. It doesn’t have to be overwhelming or feel like you're always behind.
At Elevate, we keep the philosophy simple:
